Suggested Use: Adults & children 12+: 10 mL (to the cap's fill line), twice daily. Kids 4–11: 10 mL once daily.
Storage: Keep unopened bottles somewhere cool and dry (41–77°F), stored upright. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks to keep the formula fresh. Please don't drink straight from the bottle — pour into the cap or a spoon to keep the formula clean.
Good to know: Liquid iron can occasionally leave light surface staining on teeth — a quick water rinse or brushing after your dose takes care of it.
